Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Financial Relief Aid LLC website, services, communications, and related offerings. By accessing our website or purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms contained in a signed Service Agreement will also apply to clients who engage Financial Relief Aid LLC for services. If a Service Agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding the specific services purchased, the applicable Service Agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
1. About Financial Relief Aid LLC
Financial Relief Aid LLC (“FRA,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private company that provides document preparation, process assistance, educational information, and support to individuals seeking information regarding student loan repayment, relief, assistance, or related programs.
Financial Relief Aid LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or approved by the U.S. Department of Education or any other federal or state governmental agency.
Consumers may research and apply for federal student aid and certain federal student loan programs themselves without paying FRA a service fee by visiting the official U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid website.
FRA is not a law firm, lender, loan servicer, financial advisor, or tax advisor. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Eligibility for or acceptance into any governmental or third-party program is determined by the applicable program or agency, not by FRA, and results are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use or purchase our services.
3. Our Services
FRA provides services that may include educational guidance regarding available student loan-related options, document preparation, assistance gathering and organizing information, process assistance, consultation, and administrative support.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, accurate, current, and legible information and documentation requested in connection with the services.
FRA does not guarantee eligibility, approval, forgiveness, discharge, repayment-plan acceptance, payment reduction, or any particular outcome.
4. Fees and Payment
Any applicable FRA service fees will be disclosed to the client before purchase or enrollment. FRA’s fees are charged for FRA’s private services and are separate from any governmental obligation, student loan payment, or government fee.
Payment schedules, cancellation rights, refund provisions, and other transaction-specific terms may be provided in the applicable Service Agreement.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rights applicable to purchased services are governed by the client’s Service Agreement and applicable law.
Where applicable, requests concerning cancellation or refunds may be submitted to fra-admin@financialreliefaidllc.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
FRA may offer SMS communications to individuals who affirmatively consent to receive them.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from FRA (Financial Relief Aid LLC) regarding your inquiries, consultations, appointments, document and information requests, service updates, and other communications related to services you have requested.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation that your request has been processed. For assistance, reply HELP or contact fra-admin@financialreliefaidllc.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Telephone Communications
Where you separately provide the required consent, you may authorize FRA to contact you at the telephone number you provide regarding FRA services and offers, including through automated telephone dialing technology and/or prerecorded or artificial voice messages where permitted by applicable law and your consent.
Consent to receive marketing telephone calls is not a condition of purchasing FRA’s products or services.
You are responsible for providing a telephone number that you are authorized to use and for notifying FRA if that number changes.
8. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you may receive communications relating to your inquiry or services. Where required by law, marketing emails will provide an opportunity to unsubscribe from future marketing communications.
Transactional, administrative, or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to administer an existing relationship.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by the Financial Relief Aid LLC Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect, how information is used, how information may be disclosed, your choices, and our practices concerning SMS/mobile information.
10. Electronic Signatures and Records
By using FRA’s website and services and electronically accepting documents where applicable, you consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, and other records electronically.
You may request paper copies or withdraw electronic-delivery consent by contacting fra-admin@financialreliefaidllc.com. Withdrawal of electronic consent may affect our ability to provide certain services electronically.
11. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to cooperate reasonably with requests necessary to perform the services you have purchased. You must not use FRA’s website or services for fraud, unlawful conduct, impersonation, spam, interference with our systems, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or untimely information supplied by a client may affect processing or service timelines.
12. Third-Party and Government Resources
FRA may provide information or links relating to governmental agencies, loan servicers, educational resources, or other third parties for convenience.
FRA does not control third-party websites, governmental systems, eligibility standards, processing times, or decisions and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or actions.
13. No Guarantee of Results
FRA cannot guarantee any particular student loan repayment, relief, forgiveness, discharge, consolidation, payment, eligibility, or other outcome.
Decisions concerning government programs are made by the relevant government agency or other authorized entity under its applicable rules.
14. Intellectual Property
FRA’s website content, branding, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Financial Relief Aid LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
FRA’s website and informational materials are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FRA makes no guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Except where prohibited by applicable law or where a different enforceable dispute-resolution provision applies under a signed Service Agreement, disputes between you and Financial Relief Aid LLC arising from these Terms or FRA’s services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or JAMS under the applicable consumer arbitration rules. Unless applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules require otherwise, arbitration will take place in Kissimmee, Florida, or remotely by agreement of the parties.
Arbitration will proceed on an individual basis. Neither party will seek to have a dispute heard as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, to the extent such waiver is permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual matter in small claims court or seeking relief that applicable law expressly permits outside arbitration.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
FRA may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version and its “Last Updated” date will be posted on this page.
Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law. Material changes will not retroactively eliminate rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
