Financial Relief Aid LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) is a private entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, authorized, or approved by the U.S. Department of Education or any federal or state agency.

Borrowers may complete these processes on their own at no cost directly at 👉 www.studentaid.gov.

By choosing to work with Financial Relief Aid LLC, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept to engage our services as a private company with expertise in handling these processes on your behalf.

Pursuant to Chapter 501, Part II of the Florida Statutes (FDUTPA), our services are private and voluntary; you are under no legal obligation to purchase or utilize any service from us.

We are not a law firm, financial advisor, or tax advisor. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Terms of Use

By using financialreliefaidllc.com, you agree to these Terms:

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Service Nature. Our services consist of document preparation and process assistance. They should not be considered legal or tax advice.
   
   
4. Payments & Refunds. Fees are disclosed before purchase. See Refund Policy in your Service Agreement.
   
   
5. User Responsibilities. The Client must provide complete, accurate, and legible documents (e.g., paystubs, IDs, tax returns) within deadlines set by the Company. Failure to do so may delay the process and such delays are not the Company’s responsibility.
   
   
6. Document Delivery Times. Depending on the state or city, the delivery of official documents may take up to 30 business days, including mailing time.
   
   
7. Prohibited Conduct. No fraud, spamming, unlawful use, or impersonation.
   
   
8. Communications Consent. You agree to receive emails, calls, and texts (including via autodialer/prerecorded) from us at the contact information provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
   
   
9. E-SIGN Consent. You agree to receive disclosures and agreements electronically. Paper copies may be requested (fees may apply).
   
   
10. Dispute Resolution. Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration in 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, FL 34741 (JAMS/AAA rules). No class actions.
    
    
11. Governing Law. Florida law governs these Terms.
    
    
12. Modifications. We may update Terms; continued use equals acceptance.
    
    

3. Privacy Policy

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms are governed by your Service Agreement. Key points:

• Consultations/Intakes: Refundable within 15–20 business days if no document preparation or submission has begun.
  
  
• Service Packages: Non-refundable once document preparation or submission has started.
  
  
• Government Fees: Non-refundable.
  
  
• Cure Period: If the Company fails to deliver a listed service, the Client must provide written notice and the Company will have 10 business days to cure the issue.
  
  
• How to Request: Email billing@t4z.ed5.myftpupload.com with your name, order number, and reason. The Company will respond within 20 business days.
  
  

5. TCPA / SMS & Call Consent

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive recurring informational and marketing calls/texts (including via autodialer/prerecorded voice) from Financial Relief Aid LLC at the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Note: This consent is also included in the Service Agreement.

 

6. E-SIGN Consent

By using our website and services, you agree to receive agreements, disclosures, and notices electronically.

You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting support@t4z.ed5.myftpupload.com. Withdrawal may affect service delivery. You may request paper copies (fees may apply).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill) arising from use of this website or services.
